March 13 Woo HooThree pounds this week. I finally hit the twenty pounds lost and I tell you it felt good. We started the biggest loser at work about a week after I started here and it is over in two weeks. My goal there was to exercise at least 6 hrs a week and lose 20 lbs. So far I have did the exercising each week and I have lost 17 lbs just 3 more to go with 2 weigh-ins to do it.
Well it's very late and I am going to sleep sitting here.
